Figure review - Kokutou Azaka by Movic

Wow, that was fast! Only a few days after receiving Marisa, the next package arrived, this time from hlj.com once again. I'm going back to filling up my Type-Moon collection with this one - as my newest acquisition is Ryougi's all-time rival in love, the incestuous fire mage, Kokutou Azaka.

Figure review - Marisa Kirisame Rev. TOKIAME

Happy new year! What a nice present to start the year with, won't you agree? This figure was in my sight since a long time ago. Then, AmiAmi put it on stock back in November I think, and I couldn't resist.

Figure review - Candy Boy figures by Good Smile Company

And as promised, November brought another wonderful addition to my evergrowing collection of evil money-sucking collectables from the land of the rising sun. I have never before ordered more than one figure at a time, so I was curious how this will go. And of course, the Sakurai sisters from the Candy Boy OVA had a rough time in customs.

What can I do, first time this happened. HLJ sent the package through customs, and so I had to pay the 19% VAT, that means 19€ (Yeah, the order was 99.2€). But still, it was worth it I guess.

Sandisk Sansa Fuze

So, I forgot to write about this when I bought it, but here goes anyway. For some weeks now I've been walking around with a Sandisk Sansa Fuze player in my pocket. I wanted a new player, since my old Sencor broke (fallen on the pavement -> broken display... Sucks). I used my Sony Ericsson K800i, but that thing only has 1GB of memory, so I just decided to buy something bigger.

Awesome Cougars Anonymous Free Radio

For some time now I've been listening and streaming on www.awesomecougars.org - a project, which consists of an internet shoutcast radio (and a video stream as of late) that plays music. But, the point is there are no stable DJs - it is you who can come and play some music any time the stream is free. It was created back in december 2007 - january 2008, but now it's back again for and it keeps going. I'm going to keep supporting as long as I can, because I think it's a great idea. Play here:
